1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 USD.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Firkin Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your new Jelly Firkin Bag! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be free from scratches, smudges, or marks (especially important for our high-gloss jelly PVC/TPU material).

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all protective films, tags, and complimentary accessories (such as keychains or dust bags) intact.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at Contact with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and address.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact.

  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately via a free replacement or full refund.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications (such as changing the colorway or shipping address) can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Please double-check your selection before finalizing your checkout!

5. Product Appearance & Texture Disclaimer

  • Review Product Images Carefully: We kindly remind our customers to review the product photos thoroughly before finalizing a purchase. The material, color, and texture of each handbag are exactly as illustrated in the provided images.

  • Texture Variations: Please note that not all products feature a translucent or semi-transparent texture. While our signature lines highlight a glossy, translucent look, other collections or colorways may have a solid, opaque finish.

  • Purchase Based on Preference: We encourage you to select and purchase your items carefully based on your personal style and texture preferences.
